Step 1: Locate the image in your computer (Desktop, My Documents etc)
Step 2: Go to Pixlr by clicking this link: https://pixlr.com/editor/
Step 3: Select “Open Image from Computer”:
Step 4: Find the image, select it and click “Open”:
Step 5: Look at the size of the image: (width x height)
If it is wider than 150 or taller than 70, you’ll need to resize the image
Step 6: In the top menu, select “Image” then “Image Size:
Step 7: Change the width to 150 OR the height to 70 (whichever makes it fit within 150x70, even if one of the figures is lower), then click OK
(Ensure "Constrain proportions" is ticked)
Step 8: In the top menu, select “Image” and then “Canvas Size”:
Step 9: Change the other dimension, so that the Width is 150 and Height is 70.
Also select the blue square in the middle of the grid. Then click “OK”.
The reason we add a canvas is to fill in any blank space left over if the width or height is smaller
Step 10: In the top menu select “File” and “Save”
Step 11: Select “Format”, choose “PNG”. Then click “OK”:
You can now upload the image you just saved into the your PropertyData account as per the guide below:
