We have now had the chance to fine tune our Statement of Information template with some changes to make it easier to use, which have been released this afternoon.
Now when you type in your target property’s address, the system will try and determine automatically if the property is in metropolitan Melbourne or regional Victoria as per Consumer Affairs’ guidelines, and set the search criteria accordingly. Please keep in mind this function is new, and it is still worth checking if an address is metro or regional if you are unsure. You can still manually change the region if required.
We have also added the capability for you to change the order the comparable sales will appear in. In the final report set-up screen, you can sort the results by any of the column headings and they will appear in the Statement of Information in that order. For instance, in the image below we have sorted the results by distance from target, so the results will appear in that order.
There are more changes on the way and we will update you each time a new feature is added.
