This article is intended to help you change your password while logged in to PropertyDATA if you need to update it, for example in the case of an employee leaving the business.

Step 1: Select the "My Account" tab from the toolbar
Step 2: Select “Change Password” from the black toolbar
Step 3: Enter your current password and the new password. Please ensure you add your name in the “Changed By” field.
The new password must have at least one alphabetic character and at least one numeric character. It must be 6-16 characters in length
Please keep in mind that this will change the password for ALL users, so you will need to communicate the change to everyone who uses the system
